Regularly, LCAS services and maintains residential, commercial, and industrial units. LCAS is locally owned and operated, and located in Beaufort, SC. We service all of Beaufort County with repairs, new installs, and routine maintenance. The appropriate individual will meet the following requirements and take on the following responsibilities:- Install new residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Inspect and perform residential and commercial equipment repairs and replacements
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Respond to emergency service requests
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Have a positive attitude and a growth mindset
- Be able to utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated
- Works well with others and is team player
- Ability to handle a physical workload
- Ability to complete appropriate paperwork following each service call
- Pays attention to detail
Qualifications:- 2 years experience in HVAC or related fields, preferred but not required
- Must possess critical thinking skills
- Must be accountable
- Must get along with others
- Drug screening required
- Background check required
- Driver's license, required with a clean 3 year driving record
- Universal EPA certification, preferred but not required
- NATE certification, preferred but not required
