What You'll Do:
- Assist technicians with installing new HVAC systems
- Learn to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment
- Help perform routine preventive maintenance
- Support emergency service calls under supervision
- Follow all company and safety policies
- Prepare and organize job materials
- Accurately complete basic paperwork after each service call
- Collaborate with the team and learn from senior technicians
- Develop skills in problem-solving and technical diagnostics
Who You Are:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Able to manage the physical demands of the job
- Takes pride in developing a skilled trade
Qualifications:
- No HVAC experience required
- Mechanical aptitude or interest in skilled trades (preferred)
- Valid driver's license (required)
- Willingness to pursue EPA and NATE certifications with company support
